Taking barley grass as a supplement (the bitter taste of the juice of barley grass means that most people take a <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/p17-organic-barley-grass-powder.cfm">barley juice powder</a> form of the supplement or in capsules) is also supposed to be beneficial for the blood, particularly in those who suffer from a blood-related disorder such as diabetes and anaemia. Here are the primary ways in which <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/d8-organic-barley-grass/">barley grass health</a> benefits include a boost for the blood:

Controlling blood sugar
<a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/p17-organic-barley-grass-powder.cfm">Barley grass health benefits</a> include the maintenance of blood sugar levels. Keeping a healthy blood sugar balance is essential for all of us – most of us have experienced a dip in energy and increased irritability when our blood sugar levels drop if we haven’t eaten enough. For some people, maintaining blood sugar levels is even more difficult, and failure to do so can be more damaging. Insulin resistance is when the natural hormone insulin is not as effective at lowering blood sugar levels and this condition can lead to diabetes, where blood sugar levels can get dangerously high. <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/">Barley grass</a> contains amino acids and trace minerals which are easily assimilated into the blood stream and which can help to maintain levels of blood glucose.

‘Rebuilding’ the blood
Haemoglobin are the red blood cells which contain iron and which transport oxygen around the bloodstream. A lack of haemoglobin can lead to iron-deficiency anaemia. Barley grass has a similar structure to haemoglobin and is thought to have the ability to ‘rebuild’ blood cells in people suffering from anaemia. Barley grass also has a very high level of chlorophyll which is nearly identical in structure to haemoglobin, another reason why this grass could help to rebuild the blood.

Reducing clotting
The similarity in structure between barley grass and haemoglobin, as well as the high level of the natural detoxifier chlorophyll in barley grass, help to keep the blood moving freely through the body’s system of blood vessels, helping to reduce clotting in the blood.

But now most people buy <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/d4-organic-wheatgrass/">wheatgrass in the UK</a> in powder or capsule form. Organic food supplement supplier Rainforest Foods (<a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/">http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/</a>) looks at the various ways you can take wheatgrass at home: as a homemade juice, as powder added to drinks or in capsule form.

One of the main attractions of <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/d4-organic-wheatgrass/">wheatgrass juicing</a> at home is that if you grow your own wheatgrass you need only pay for the wheat grains and some earth and you have your very own fresh wheatgrass supply. Unfortunately it’s not quite that simple, however. First, growing wheatgrass at home is not all that easy. People perhaps think of their childhood successes at growing cress and presume it will be plain sailing. Some green-fingered people have great success, but many find that a good number of the seeds do not sprout and they manage to grow a meager amount of wheatgrass, if any. Ungerminated wheatgrass seeds can develop mould which can be passed between plants and even produce allergic reactions.

Presuming you have successfully harvested your homegrown <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/d4-organic-wheatgrass/">wheatgrass</a>, however, there is still the actual juicing left to do. You could well find this more taxing than you had imagined. In fact, unless you have purchased a juicer made specifically for wheatgrass, you could find it just about impossible. Juicers made for fruit and vegetables work quickly, tearing up the fibres of the fruit or vegetables, whereas <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/d4-organic-wheatgrass/">wheatgrass juicers</a> work much more slowly, squeezing out the juice from the tough wheatgrass fibres. Many wheatgrass juicers are manual, although there are electric ones on the market, with neither type being suitable for juicing anything other than wheat grass. Wheatgrass juicing at home means buying a new piece of kitchen kit that has one sole use - not ideal for an activity partly aimed at saving money. Then there’s the energy expended, either in terms of electricity to power yet another appliance, or the physical energy it takes to manually extract the juice (sometimes multiple times over in order to get enough).

Little wonder, then, that taking <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/d4-organic-wheatgrass/">wheat grass</a> in powder or capsule form has taken off. Buying wheatgrass powder is now easy thanks to the internet (providing you ensure your health food supplier uses quality organic wheatgrass) and because quality wheatgrass powder has been dehydrated straight after harvest, the nutritional content is just as impressive as that of fresh wheatgrass juice. All you need to do is add a teaspoon to water or juice once or twice a day – much simpler than all those attempts at growing, harvesting and juicing! Or simply take wheatgrass capsules (usually between eight and ten capsules per day) as you would with vitamin supplements.

There is something very appealing about wheatgrass juicing at home, there’s no doubt. It very much fits in with an organic, holistic, self-sufficient way of life. But the reality is, most of us simply don’t have the time (and if we’re honest, the inclination) to go to this effort, but may still want the health benefits of wheatgrass in our diets. In this case, the handy powder and capsule forms are ideal.

Rainforest Foods sell high quality wheatgrass, as both powder and capsules, which is certified organic by the Soil Association. It also supplies other natural food supplements such as barley grass, Acai berry, Maca and more. It’s useful to first consider the “organic supply chain” and what that means. This chain is the collection of steps involved in creating an organic product, starting from preparing the land, all the way until it ends up with the end customer. Let’s consider an example and see what a simplified chain could look like.

<a href="\&quot;http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/p5-maqui-berry-capsules.cfm\&quot;">Maqui Berry capsules</a>. Firstly, the land where the maqui berry is grown must have been free from pesticides and fertilizers for a certain period of time. The berries must be grown in a manner that complies with organic regulations. Once grown, the berries are processed, typically in two stages. Firstly, to create a puree and then secondly, to convert this puree into a powder that is suitable for encapsulation. All processing must be carried out by an organically certified processor. Often the puree is manufactured where the <a href="\&quot;http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/d10-maqui-berry/\&quot;">maqui</a> is grown in Chile and then shipped to an organic processor in the US where it is converted into a powder. This powder is then imported into the UK by a manufacturer (e.g. Rainforest Foods) and passed to another organically certified processor to encapsulate the powder and bottle/package the capsules. The manufacturer then sells it to the public/other retailers. As you can see there’s a lot of parties involved in making what is a relatively simple product.

Organic certification is the process that ensures that everyone in the above chain adheres to the rules and doesn’t get tempted by a <a href="\&quot;http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/hereford/worcs/8562434.stm\&quot;">quick buck</a>. The process is arduous and does add cost to the end product but it aims to ensure that the organic product a customer buys is actually organic. Certification is necessary because for many commodities, it is very difficult to tell the difference between organic and non-organic products without certification. Think of certification as a <a href="\&quot;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hallmark\&quot;">hallmark</a> for organic food.

How can you tell whether an organic product is organically certified? That’s quite easy, simply look for the organic certification code on the product. It should be made of three elements: country code, certifier code and organic certification description. For example, the code on all Soil Association products is “GB organic certification 5″ (this will <a href="\&quot;http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/blog/index.php/new-eu-organic-logo\&quot;">change</a> after July 2010). This code is on the product so that customers have someone they can contact to verify that the product is actually organic. Remember, if it doesn’t have a code, it is not organically certified.

There’s an easy way to make the most out of this room, however, and that’s with

Thousands of people regularly use Ryness for <a href="http://www.ryness.co.uk">cheap lightbulbs</a>, domestic lighting and electrical appliances and gadgets. The company has just re-launched its website which now offers more departments, products and great deals than every before. While there are thousands upon thousands of great products available from <a href="http://www.ryness.co.uk">http://www.ryness.co.uk</a>, there are three top reasons to shop there: Trust, Delivery and Returns.

1)	Trust. More of us shop online than ever before, but even the biggest internet shoppers want to use companies they can trust given the anonymity that the internet can provide. Ryness has been a popular high street retailer of lighting and electrical goods in the UK since the company’s inception way back in 1961. Over the years, the company has gone from strength to strength thanks to excellent customer service; it now operates 19 shops in the UK. The online business was created to help bring Ryness’ <a href="http://www.ryness.co.uk">domestic lighting</a> and electrical products to a wider section of the public who prefer to <a href="http://www.ryness.co.uk">buy lighting online</a> rather than on the high street. Now, users of <a href="http://www.ryness.co.uk">http://www.ryness.co.uk</a> can easily shop the extensive departments and use secure online payment, safe in the knowledge that they are using a long-established company that they know and trust.
2)	Delivery. One of the main reasons people love to buy lighting online is the ease: no more constant trips to the high street for <a href="http://www.ryness.co.uk/Category/53-light-bulbs.aspx">lightbulbs</a>. <a href="http://www.ryness.co.uk/Category/53-light-bulbs.aspx">Buy light bulbs online</a> and you can get them delivered straight to your door, saving time and hassle. Ryness offers free delivery on all orders over £75 placed through its website, so buy your lighting in bulk and it also saves you money on delivery. Need your lighting fast? While the area boasts many top resorts, two particularly stand out as jewels in Sunny Beach’s crown: Barcelo Royal Beach and Panorama Beach. Here, leading website for buying and selling <a href="http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/">property in Bulgaria</a> House Sales Bulgaria (<a href="http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/">http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/</a>) looks at what makes these luxury resorts so special.

<a href="http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/">Barcelo Royal Beach</a> is a luxury resort complex from the Barcelo hotel chain set in the heart of Sunny Beach, one of Bulgaria’s busiest holiday destinations. The Barcelo Royal Beach offers apartments built to the highest of qualities and which have access to outstanding facilities and services. Apartments are modern, light and spacious and onsite facilities include outdoor and indoor pools, 9,000 sq. m. of lush gardens, a wide choice of restaurants and a shopping mall (with a massive 99 shops!). One of the best features of the Barcelo Royal Beach, however, is its location. The bustling resort town of Sunny Beach is all around the resort, the beach is only 70 metres away and a casino is within 50 metres walking distance. Within 700 metres of the Barcelo Royal Beach is a family-friendly aqua park and just 9km away is the historic town of Nessebar. With all of this on the resort’s doorstep, and with so much to offer within the complex, it’s little wonder that the <a href="http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/">Barcelo Royal Beach</a> has become one of the most sought after resorts in Sunny Beach.

<a href="http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/">Panorama Beach</a> is a holiday complex within the Hotel Vigo chain, just a stone’s throw from South Beach with its sandy stretches of beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Just like the Barcelo Royal Beach, the shops, entertainment and nightlife of both Nessebar and Sunny Beach itself are within close distance of the Panorama Beach resort. The aquatic attractions of the four onsite pools (one indoor pool; some outdoor pools have stunning ocean and harbor views), the white sandy beaches of both South and Sunny Beach, a diving school and aqua park make it perfect for families looking to keep the kids occupied. The onsite services at Panorama Beach are similarly impressive as those of the Barcelo Royal Beach: a children’s playground; two restaurants, a lobby bar, pool bar, terrace bar and its very own nightclub; a supermarket; and Spa with steam bath, saunas, Jacuzzi and fitness centres. The apartments in <a href="http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/">Panorama Beach</a> have full kitchen facilities; a TV and DVD player; a King-size bed in the main bedroom and a fold out double bed in the lounge; excellent bathroom facilities; and a balcony.

Some of the <a href="http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/">real estate in Bulgaria</a> which is still very much in demand is within resorts such as the Barcelo Royal Beach and Panorama Beach. That’s because not only are apartments in holiday resorts in and around Sunny Beach more likely to hold their value due to longevity of demand, but the opportunity for rental yield is also highly attractive. House Sales Bulgaria helps people to both buy and <a href="http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/">sell property in Bulgaria</a>, including in these two jewels of Sunny Beach. Solbank specialises in foreign mortgages and has signed up to this plan by Spanish Homes Network (an initiative that was the brainchild of a Spanish business school) in order to help sell unsold Spanish property and boost the Spanish property market in general.

The Spanish Homes Network acts as an agent for tourist developers. Interviewed for Overseas Property Professional (OPP), its Managing Director José Manuel Luque stated: “The main problem to be dealt with is not just the lack of trust created by recent real estate issues affecting Spain, but also the difficulty of finding finance for home acquisition, a problem that the signing of this agreement will help to alleviate.” The widening of finance options is good news for those wishing to <a href="http://www.housesalesspain.com/">buy property in Spain</a> and also for those <a href="http://www.housesalesspain.com/">selling property in Spain</a> who will have a larger target market of potential purchasers.

The Spanish Ministry of Housing recently published reports that stated newly built homes on the Spanish property market rose 12% in 2009 and that an estimated 300,000 units are believed to be currently under construction, taking the total figure of unsold properties to around 1 million. Any news that will help to grease the wheels of the property market once more, and to help <a href="http://www.housesalesspain.com/">sell property in Spain</a>, has to be a good thing for the country as a whole, a view shared by Solbank. Also speaking to OPP, Solbank’s Cristina Pérez Zarza was quoted as saying: “Banco Sabadell through this partnership looks for a stream line of business for new customers which might need finance to buy their <a href="http://www.housesalesspain.com/">property in Spain</a>. Sharing a similar set of values makes our partnership a natural and solid collaboration.”

Rising interest rates and the proposed rises in capital gains tax may lead property owners to sell their Spanish properties before the capital gains tax levels increase.

According to The Telegraph, owners of <a href="http://www.housesalesspain.com/">Spanish properties</a>, particularly “amateur investors”, could be encouraged to sell before the predicted price drop and the proposed tax rises, in a bid to still make a decent profit from their <a href="http://www.housesalesspain.com/">property in Spain</a>. This was a view shared by the BBC’s business editor Robert Peston, who believes that we will see buy-to-let owners in Spain trying to sell quickly in response to the proposed changes made by the UK’s new coalition government.

Last week, the Bank of Spain outlined plans to ensure that Spanish banks make provisions of up to 30% of <a href="http://www.housesalesspain.com/">valuations in Spain</a> on their books, a move which could reduce pre-tax incomes of banks by up to 10%. If these plans come to fruition, banks could be encouraged to accept write downs on property assets and lower asking prices, something which most real estate market analysts and <a href="http://www.housesalesspain.com/">estate agents in Spain</a> agree needs to happen in order to correct a skewed market caused by artificially high prices.

This could ‘grease the wheels’ of a stagnant market: property sales in Spain could be given a boost by more sellers entering the market and people wishing to <a href="http://www.housesalesspain.com/">buy property in Spain</a> who are looking for a bargain. Certainly, Spain is one of the countries in the European Union where demand for property in some sectors will always exist – from retirees and wealthy individuals, for example.

Like the printer for example; a quality printer is an essential piece of kit for any office, as are the ink cartridges which it is filled with. The best brands of ink cartridges are available for less at the home of great value, quality office supplies, Office1web (<a href="http://www.office1web.ie/">http://www.office1web.ie/</a>).

That’s why it has included condiment mill kits (as well as separate condiment mill mechanisms and spindles as component parts) in its range of woodcarving and <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/">woodturning tools</a> and equipment available in its Oxfordshire shop and its online store at <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/">http://www.toolpost.co.uk/</a>.

The Cera Star condiment mills from The ToolPost, so named because they have high quality ceramic milling systems and stainless fittings and spindles, can be used for grinding pepper, crystal salt and spices. The superior, corrosion-resistant materials used by Cera Star in their condiment mill components make for a <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/">woodturning</a> project that is both pleasing and practical: a beautifully made condiment mill which lasts for years even when grinding highly corrosive salt or bulky seeds and peppercorns.

The Cera Star condiment mill kit makes a great gift for a <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/">woodturning</a> enthusiast, although please note that timber is not included: be sure to purchase a two inch square blank of timber of appropriate length to suit the spindle dimension so that the recipient has everything they need to crack on with their new <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/">woodturning</a> project. Alternatively, if you are a serial producer (!) of condiment mills, The ToolPost sells the spindles and mills mechanisms separately. This is particularly helpful should you wish to mix and match them, and saves you having to search for a kit with the required spindle length. To simplify the task of making a mill, The ToolPost offers a matching high quality CeraStar drill set which contains all of the drills required to produce the mill, with no compromise on size selection. This comprehensive drill set, supplied in a smart fitted wooden storage case, comprises three sawtooth Forstner bits for drilling the shallower recesses required in mill construction as well as two longer machine auger bits for the through holes. The design of the CeraStar mills even allows the more ambitious turner to create an attractive wooden finial to cover the chrome-plated retaining nut provided with the mill kits.

This is just one example of the practical woodturning and <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/">woodcarving</a> projects made possible by the tools, equipment and guidance of The ToolPost. Find out more at <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/">http://www.toolpost.co.uk/</a>.

This leading supplier of &lt;a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/"&gt;woodturning&lt;/a&gt;,
woodcarving and woodworking tools and equipment to woodcraftsmen around the
world regularly throws open its doors and hosts a weekend of demonstrations.
This year’s Spring Open House proved that the renown of The ToolPost and its
Open House events is spreading: demonstrations from some of Europe’s finest
woodworking talent – some never before seen in the UK – drew a record number of
visitors and contributed to an extremely successful event.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

roaring success of The ToolPost’s Spring Open House this year may be attributed
to three main factors. Firstly, The ToolPost shop in Didcot, Oxfordshire now
stocks an even wider range of products – &lt;a </span></span><span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:
&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;color:black">href="</span></span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;">http://www.toolpost.co.uk/pages/Turning_Tools/turning_tools.html<span><span style="color:black">"&gt;woodturning tools</span></span></span><span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:

The breadth of the range, including regular introductions of the newest
products on the market, has come to the attention of woodturners and carvers
all over the country, who now realise that as well as carrying a wide range of
domestically-produced tools, The ToolPost is the partner of choice for overseas
manufacturers seeking representation in the UK and Europe. As one visitor to
the Open House commented, “</span></span><span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;">the range
of products just gets bigger and bigger which means that we will have to keep attending
your open days to keep abreast of what’s new in woodturning”. <span style="color:black">Open House visitors can marvel at demonstrations from some
of the finest woodturners, woodcarvers and woodworkers in Europe and then
purchase both the tools they have seen demonstrated, and others, enabling them
to recreate what they have seen when they get back to their own workshops.
Whereas a tool suppliers stand at a typical trade show might carry 500
products, visitors to The ToolPost Open House have access to the complete and
substantial range of thousands of tools and equipment in The ToolPost shop, and
can benefit from the advice of both the expert shop staff and visiting
demonstrators.<o:p></o:p></span></span></span></p>

opportunity to seek advice on a massive range of products from both the
knowledgeable shop staff from the attending experts from supplier companies and
tool manufacturers and the presence of so many experienced fellow woodworkers
is a further factor behind the success of the Open House, as well as the
appearance in the audience of many “household names” from the &lt;a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/"&gt;woodturning&lt;/a&gt;
world. <o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;color:black">Finally,
and perhaps most importantly, the success is down to the fact that the Open
House showcases Europe’s finest woodturning and &lt;a href="</span></span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;">http://www.toolpost.co.uk/pages/Carving_Tools/carving_tools.html<span><span style="color:black">"&gt;woodcarving&lt;/a&gt;
talent. This year’s Spring Open House featured, as principal demonstrators, Jan
Hovens, Tracy Owen and Simon Clements. Jan Hovens, from the Netherlands, has
never before demonstrated his outstanding &lt;a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/"&gt;woodturning&lt;/a&gt;
skills in the UK. Specialising in turning miniature screw-threaded items, Jan
delighted the crowds by making an acorn box which involved the creation of a
screw thread in a genuine acorn cup, upon which he fitted a turned “nut” lid.
Tracy Owen is one of the UK’s best known turners and showed Open House guests
his expertise in creating carved, coloured and decorated off centre pieces.
Tracy also demonstrated his uniquely designed “signature” shear scraper tools,
newly released by Henry Taylor tools and (naturally) sold in the ToolPost shop.
Simon Clements is a professional wood carver and expertly demonstrated to the
crowds just how he makes his living, practising relief and sculptural carving,
using skills which he has honed over a lifetime of professional architectural
restoration work on many listed buildings, through teaching and in his artistic
endeavours. <o:p></o:p></span></span></span></p>

demonstrations came from Heinz Wiedemann, Chris Pouncy, Francis Tacq, Ron Van

hailing from Germany, is another craftsman never before seen in the UK. Heinz
had a significant number of visitors using his hook tools under his expert direction
– despite the trepidation with which most British woodturners view such tools:
a view conclusively proven to be mistaken! With Heinz’s tips and advice, these
tools became easy to use and astonishingly versatile. Chris Pouncy of Robert
Sorby demonstrated the company’s popular range of tools while Francis Tacq of
Belgium was on hand to demonstrate the benefits of the WivaMac range,
specifically WivaMac lathes – as used by all of the demonstrators at the show -
and carving reproduction machines. Ron Van Zaltbommel and his wife Els provided
an enlightening demonstration of wood finishing using the U’Beaut Shellawax
finishes range, while Mark Terhöerst from OneWay Europa explained the extensive
range of OneWay products and gave detailed demonstrations of the Wolverine
Sharpening system. Clive Day of BriMarc showed how to use the Tormek Sharpening
system as well as demonstrating the operation and features of both the Leigh
Dovetail Jigs and the Kreg Pocket Hole Joinery system.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">&nbsp; </span>He also advised visitors on the range of
Veritas tools and Sjöberg benches, whilst Peter Brown of General Finishes explained

younger visitors and guided their attempts at using pyrography tools.<o:p></o:p></span></span></span></p>

digital marketing specialists, shares its tips on how to choose an SEO
provider. You have a website and you need it to be seen. You want to drive
quality traffic to your site and ensure it gets visibility across the major
search engines. You know you need SEO (search engine optimisation), but you
don’t have the time and resources to do it yourself - and wouldn’t know where
to start if you did. You need an SEO provider, but how do you go about choosing
the right one? In a sea of SEO providers, some screaming “Page One Google
Guaranteed!” and some insisting that there are no guarantees, how do you pick
an SEO firm that is best for your company? Here are some top tips from&nbsp;Jumping Spider Media&nbsp;to keep in
mind:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt">Cost </span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt">–
<a href="http://www.jumpingspidermedia.co.uk/">Jumping Spider Media</a>
understands that the cost of the service will be central to your decision; it
goes without saying that you should always look for the best value. However,
this doesn’t always mean the cheapest. At&nbsp;</span><span style="line-height: 9px; font-size: 6px; ">Jumping Spider Media</span><span style="line-height: 14px; font-size: 8px; ">, we
believe that if someone promises the world for a surprisingly small monthly fee
then you should ask yourself if it’s too good to be true. Better to pay a
little more for a service that will actually give you what you are paying for,
rather than simply throwing away the smaller amount on a scam company.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt">Beware</span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:
9.0pt"> – Which brings us to the depressing reality that in a relatively new
and suddenly ubiquitous industry there is, unavoidably, a rogue element. As the
SEO industry ages and the public have greater understanding of the product,
thankfully the less than scrupulous companies will largely die out. But only
when the public demands more from their SEO providers. Don’t sign on the dotted
line until you feel completely comfortable and all your questions have been
answered to your satisfaction. And if the deal seems to be too good to be true,
then it probably is!<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt">Transparency</span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"> – If an SEO provider has nothing to hide then why
won’t they be entirely transparent about the way they work? SEO is just like
any other industry: it takes know-how and hard work but it’s not rocket
science. Ask your SEO company exactly how it is going to be getting you results
and be suspicious of any vague or unexplained areas.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt">Contract length</span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"> – It’s true that natural search engine optimisation
takes longer than pay per click advertising (PPC) but that doesn’t mean you
have to be tied to unnecessarily long contract lengths. You may be willing to
commit to SEO for the long haul, understanding that SEO activity must be kept
up to continue to see results, but that doesn’t mean you have to commit to an
underachieving SEO provider for a 12 month contract. If the SEO firm is
confident that you’ll be happy with their services, why should they need to tie
you in for a year?<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt">Guarantees</span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:
9.0pt"> – Any SEO provider that claims to be able to guarantee first page
natural listings at best clearly does not understand how the search engines
work, and at worst is simply lying to you. The search engines are companies
with products that they need to protect, like any other. They rely on quality
search results that give searchers what they want to ensure their market share
of their own industry. And an SEO company that thinks it can trick the behemoth
that is Google is a little naïve.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt">Contact</span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:
9.0pt"> – Most SEO providers charge a monthly fee given the amount of ongoing
work that is involved in a successful SEO campaign. Make sure you get the most
for your money. If you’re paying a fee every month then it stands to reason
that there is a weekly value. If you don’t hear from your SEO firm for weeks at
a time, or receive proof of work being carried out in that time, then you can’t
be sure of value for money. It is only reasonable to expect regular contact of
some sort on a weekly basis to ensure that consistent and quality work is being
carried out on your campaign, each and every week of your monthly fee. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt">Understanding your business</span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"> – Ask whether you will be given an account manager or
have one or two primary points of contact throughout your campaign. Not only
will that ensure accountability on the SEO provider’s part but it will also ensure
a depth of understanding of your business. Each business is different to the
next. Your campaign should be tailor-made to your business, depending on your
goals. For a monthly fee, your SEO firm should be taking an active role in your
company’s marketing. Good SEO is more than just getting your website on page
one of Google; it’s about broadcasting a positive and consistent digital
message about your brand. This is only possible when your SEO firm understands
your brand, products, services and company goals.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt">Flexibility</span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"> – All businesses need to be nimble: to adapt quickly
to circumstances, to grow and change with the times and the shifting demands of
the market place. It’s no different for your business, so why should it be
different for your SEO provider? You may need to suddenly change the focus or
aim of your digital marketing campaign or you may have second thoughts about
the keywords you’ve chosen; whatever happens, make sure that you are given
flexibility within your SEO campaign – that it works for you.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt">Results!</span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:
9.0pt"> – Finally, and all-importantly, get the results you need! There may be
no page one guarantees, and some industries and keywords are inherently more
competitive than others, but SEO is a highly competitive business itself. If your
SEO provider isn’t getting you the results you need within a reasonable
timeframe then demand more! There are plenty of companies, just like the team
here at Jumping Spider Media,
who are willing to work hard to get you the SEO results that your company
needs.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

digital marketing company, understands that SEO can never be a quick fix. Chances
are your SEO provider has told you many a time that search engine optimisation
is all about the long game; take your foot off the digital marketing pedal and
you’ll fall quickly behind your online competitors. Here at&nbsp;Jumping Spider Media&nbsp;we admit
that we sing from the same hymn sheet: you have to invest and engage in SEO
over the long-term. While it may be frustrating for companies to hear this when
they need to drive traffic and sales or enquiries fast, the fact remains that
this is simply how SEO works, and no SEO provider in the industry has any
control over that. In this article,. Jumping Spider Media&nbsp;looks at
why SEO should not be viewed as a short-term solution.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt">Pay per click
advertising (PPC) is the arena for you if you are looking for a quick route to
generate traffic and sales, but of course this comes with a price tag that can
be considerable. SEO is far cheaper by comparison: free, if you have the time
and in-house skills and resources to optimise your site. Even if you hire a
digital marketing company or SEO provider to handle your organic optimisation
for you, the fee is far lower than the cost invested into most PPC campaigns.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt">Then there’s the
consideration that nearly 80% of searchers use only the organic listings and
not the paid adverts. Even if you are happy to pour your investment into PPC
(and for some companies this can be the best route), are you happy to give away
potential revenue to your online competitors who have high organic rankings as
well as paid ads? We doubt it.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt">So you’ve realised
the importance of engaging with SEO but you’re used to the quick fix of
pay-per-click advertising. Or perhaps your sales have slumped and you are
looking for a digital magic bullet to generate revenue; you know front page
listings will help, but you need to get them fast! At the risk of repetition,
the fact remains that SEO is all about longevity. You may need high rankings in
the SERPS fast, but this simply cannot happen using white hat techniques, and getting
there using black hat methods will ultimately see you tumble from ranking to
oblivion, at times never to return.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt">SEO can never be
seen as a last-ditch attempt to drive traffic or sales. Neither is it simply
the latest internet fad that your webmaster assures you will convert to real
sales. Search engine optimisation is a long-term plan that should be viewed as
essential as a forward-thinking marketing strategy. The internet is going
nowhere and search marketing is now a must for any business, big or small, that
wants to survive. When it comes to SEO, invest, engage, be consistent and keep
your foot on the pedal and you <em style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">will</em>
see the results you need.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Unfortunately there is no such thing as organic Hawaiian Spirulina anymore. There is only one company (Cyanotech) that manufactures spirulina in Hawaii and their spirulina hasn’t been certified organic since 2005 when the US National Organic Standards Board changed the requirements for organic spirulina certification. In 2005 the Board ruled out the use of Chilean nitrate in organic production. This nitrate is an organic material that is water soluble and has been widely used for microalgae production. However, as it is mined and not grown, it is regarded as non-sustainable and has fallen foul of the new regulations. The two North American spirulina manufacturers (Cyanotech and the California based Earthwise) both decided that it was not economically feasible to comply with the certification changes and gave up their organic certification.

Despite this, <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/p36-hawaiian-spirulina-powder.cfm">Hawaiian Spirulina</a> is still widely (and incorrectly) advertised as being organic even though it no longer is. However, it still remains an excellent source for spirulina. &nbsp;]]></description><pubDate>Wed, 25 Aug 2010 18:03:01 GMT</pubDate><date_added>Wed, 25 Aug 2010 18:03:01 GMT</date_added><category>Uncategorised</category><author>Amanda</author><guid>http://www.giveitsocks.com/press-616-Organic-Hawaiian-Spirulina--Does-it-exist-.html</guid></item><item><title>Ryness: For All Your Domestic Lighting Needs</title><link>http://www.giveitsocks.com/press-615-Ryness-For-All-Your-Domestic-Lighting-Needs.html</link><description><![CDATA[Ryness is the one-stop-shop for all your domestic lighting needs. They have to be qualified and experienced in certain key areas and should be a member of certain bodies. In any PLC, the company secretarial function is one that should be carried out with confidence, which is why outsourcing this role should only be done through a company which is fully accredited, reliable and professional. London Registrars (<a href="http://www.london-registrars.co.uk/">http://www.london-registrars.co.uk/</a>) is a corporate and legal support firm which provides expert outsourced support of the PLC company secretary role as part of its wider range of support services.

A <a href="http://www.london-registrars.co.uk/company-secretarial-services-plc.php?catID=5">PLC company secretary</a> is usually required to be qualified as a company secretary, lawyer or accountant, with many companies looking for specific previous experience as a PLC company secretary. They will need to be a member of one of a number of bodies (such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England, Scotland, Wales or Ireland; the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants; or the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, for instance). There are also regulations about how long they have carried out <a href="http://www.london-registrars.co.uk/">company secretarial services</a> for the company (or another PLC).

Considering the extent of necessary requirements to become a <a href="http://www.london-registrars.co.uk/company-secretarial-services-plc.php?catID=5">PLC company secretary</a>, and the important responsibilities that the role involves (from filing accounts with Companies House to recording official minutes of directors’ meetings), many PLCs choose to outsource this function. However, it is important that the handing over of this vital role is done so with complete confidence. London Registrars, as part of its full range of corporate and legal support services, prides itself on delivering a PLC company secretary service that is fully accredited, comprehensive, reliable and professional at all times. Services include (but are not limited to) managing meetings of the board and preparing and filing the relevant notices; providing <a href="http://www.london-registrars.co.uk/">company compliance</a> consultancy and corporate governance consultancy; as well as advising on commercial law. One of London Registrars experienced company secretaries is always on hand to advise on any matters pertaining to the PLC company secretary role and related issues, even at short notice.

Dublin’s festivals are a great way to get to know the city and its residents, as well as immersing oneself in Irish heritage, culture or just the good old ‘craic’. What better way to enjoy all the entertainment and culture the city has to offer than having a campervan as your base? <a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/">Campervan hire in Ireland</a> (<a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/Wohnmobile-in-Irland.php">wohnwagen mieten Irland</a>) from Dublin-based Celtic Camp<span>ervans (</span><a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/"><span class="-a " tag="a">http://www.celticcampervans.com/</span></a><span class="-a " tag="a">) is affordable,</span> flexible, comfortable and fun: ideal for festivals.

The Irish like nothing more than a good festival: they’re communal, family-friendly, affordable, and most of all, fun. Attending an Irish festival is a great way to understand what the Irish love to do, allowing you to experience this fascinating and warm and welcoming culture from the inside. This summer’s festival calendar in Dublin is jam-packed with events that showcase the many sides of Irish culture. Choose from music and dancing, history and heritage, horsemanship and sports, children’s activities and more. Dublin’s leading company for <a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/">motorhome hire in Ireland</a> (<a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/Wohnmobile-in-Irland.php">wohnmobil-verleih Irland</a>) selects its top picks of the city’s summer festivals.

Ceilí Culture takes place on 14th and 15th August in Temple Bar’s Meeting House Square and will celebrate both the roots and the future of Irish music, arts and culture. The festival will include the opportunity for both adults and children to take part in interactive workshops. More musical highlights of the summer include the Northside Music Festival which sees various musical acts performing all over the northside of the city between 2nd and 20th August, and The Contemporary Music Festival, a festival which takes music out into the streets of the city between 24th and 29th August. Highlights of the history and heritage festivals include the Dublin Viking Festival on the 21st and 22nd August, exploring the lives and legends of Dublin’s first settlers, and National Heritage Week, a week-long celebration of Irish heritage beginning on 21st August and featuring activities and events not just in Dublin, but also in every county across the country. Dublin’s events will include heritage tours of the city and musical recitals.

These are just some of the highlights of the next few months in Dublin’s festival calendar. The best way to get a sense of the Irish way of life is by touring these festivals, enabling you to learn about Ireland’s past while enjoying its modern-day culture. And one of the easiest and most affordable ways to tour these festivals is with <a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/">campervan rental in Ireland</a> (<a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/Wohnmobile-in-Irland.php">wohnwagen mieten Irland</a>). Get collected from Dublin airport by one of the friendly Celtic Campervans team and taken to collect your modern and reliable campervan just outside the city. You can then use your spacious and comfortable motorhome as a base for Dublin’s festival, getting you close to the action for a fraction of the cost of a hotel; with the freedom to hit the road and explore the rest of the country should you wish.

There are four main costs associated with <a href="\&quot;\\&quot;http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/\\&quot;\&quot;">selling property in Bulgaria</a>:

•	The first is Council tax which is 0.1% of the purchase price paid for the property, a payment which takes place at the time of the transfer of the deeds to the property.
•	The second is local tax which is levied at 2% of the purchase price and is the equivalent of UK stamp duty (it can be agreed that this cost is shared jointly between buyer and vendor).
•	Third, there are the notary fees which are calculated from the tax valuation of the property.
•	Finally, there are the solicitors’ fees which will vary from firm to firm, so be sure to shop around to make sure you’re not being over-charged.

Of course, your budget should always allow for a nominal amount of administrative costs such as translations and paperwork, however in total the costs involved when you <a href="\&quot;\\&quot;http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/\\&quot;\&quot;">sell a house in Bulgaria</a> are more reasonable than in many other European countries: normally under 4% of the property value.

All too often, vendors think that the sale of the property itself is the end of the line, however it is only once the sale has been verbally agreed that they are actually selling the property, rather than just marketing it as they have been doing up until that point. There are a number of bureaucratic processes that have to be carried out and some of them do vary from those that take place in the UK when selling property. One of the most important things to remember when <a href="\&quot;\\&quot;http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/\\&quot;\&quot;">selling property in Bulgaria</a> is that it will carry some costs. To ensure a swift and straightforward sales process, make sure you have allocated a sufficient budget for the selling costs.]]></description><pubDate>Wed, 25 Aug 2010 15:05:27 GMT</pubDate><date_added>Wed, 25 Aug 2010 15:05:27 GMT</date_added><category>Uncategorised</category><author>Amanda</author><guid>http://www.giveitsocks.com/press-611-What-are-the-costs-when-selling-property-in-Bulgaria-.html</guid></item><item><title>How Will Tax Changes by the UK Coalition Government Affect Real Estate Investment?</title><link>http://www.giveitsocks.com/press-610-How-Will-Tax-Changes-by-the-UK-Coalition-Government-Affect-Real-Estate-Investment-.html</link><description><![CDATA[As expected, there looks to be both winners and losers when it comes to taxes under the new coalition government in the UK, but what will it mean for overseas real estate investment, asks leading portal for <a href="http://www.housesalesspain.com/">property in Spain</a>, House Sales Spain (<a href="http://www.housesalesspain.com/">http://www.housesalesspain.com/</a>).

Although it’s very early days for the Cameron-Clegg coalition, experts are indicating that the coming budget in the UK will see the most far-reaching tax changes in many years. What does this mean for investors in property, including investors in <a href="http://www.housesalesspain.com/">Spanish properties</a>? The main issue that is likely to impact British investors in Spanish property is the anticipated hike in UK Capital Gains Tax. Some market analysts are predicting a move away from real estate investment if this increase comes into effect. This is because primary residences will likely be exempt from the tax change, with property investors and second home owners hit hardest by these changes.

Lucian Cook, Director of Savills residential research states that ‘The expected changes to capital gains tax legislation will particularly impact higher income tax rate paying investors and second home owners, for whom the effective rate of tax could potentially rise from 18% to 40% or 50%. Investors looking to rationalize or reorganize their property portfolio, particularly those who have already seen good capital growth, could avoid a hefty tax burden by disposing of their asset before April 2011. This would include those who have bought investment property as a pension pot; some of whom may now be tempted to sell and invest in other asset classes.’

This could affect <a href="http://www.housesalesspain.com/">property sales in Spain</a> as much as anywhere else in the world where there has been a thriving investment property market. It is possible that this tax change could see a rush of people looking to <a href="http://www.housesalesspain.com/">sell property in Spain</a> before the tax change comes into affect, as well as passing an investment or second home property on to the next generation within this tax year before they will be eligible to pay the (potentially) much higher rate. This purple berry plays a key role in the dietary and medicinal practices of the local Mapuche people, who hand-pick the Maqui in Rainforest Foods’ <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/p5-maqui-berry-capsules.cfm">Maqui Berry capsule</a> and <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/p18-maqui-berry-powder.cfm">Maqui Berry powder</a> products.

Maqui is known for its potency as an antioxidant, its benefits for the human immune system and its uses in treating ailments. These include fever, ulcers and diabetes. It is also regarded as having anti-inflammatory properties, although this has been little-recognised by the scientific community until recently. Pioneering work published in South America this year (2010) by Carlos Cespedes et al, attempted to quantify this. It concluded that “the fruits and their constituents of A.chilensis have excellent anti-inflammatory activities”.

The study used fruit, air-dried and prepared for extraction. Specimens were deposited with two Univiersity collections for control purposes. Extracts, fractions and subfractions of the fruit and its individual compounds were prepared using laboratory-grade solvents.

To test for anti-inflammatory action the researchers induced oedema (inflammatory swelling) in the ears of mice, using solutions of acetone and varying amounts of the Maqui extract. They also used varying solutions of the several fractions and subfractions. This methodology was designed to calculate the degree to which Maqui and its component parts are capable of inhibiting inflammation.

<a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/d10-maqui-berry/">Maqui</a> performed well. “All samples,” states the report, “showed a dose-dependent anti-inflammatory activity. This… compared well with data collected by Cespedes for indomethacin and ovatifolin, two commercially-available anti-inflammatory drugs. Maqui and its constituents, concludes the report, “have great potential as a source for natural health products.

It’s the Perfect Book for Pre-Schoolers</title><link>http://www.giveitsocks.com/press-607-What-s-a-Gruffalo-Why-Didn-t-You-Know-It-s-the-Perfect-Book-for-Pre-Schoolers.html</link><description><![CDATA[The Gruffalo is a children’s book by Julia Donaldson about a mouse walking through the woods, keeping himself safe from predators using a combination of cunning and confidence. This simple and charming tale has become a firm children’s favourite and a classic in the making, with a range of related <a href="http://www.discovermetoys.co.uk/">childrens toys</a>, games and activity books now available. Online educational toy store DiscoverMe Toys stocks a wide range of The Gruffalo books and games at the DiscoverMe website (<a href="http://www.discovermetoys.co.uk/">http://www.discovermetoys.co.uk/</a>). Its classic simplicity and sheer fun combined with an educational message makes it a perfect toy for DiscoverMe.

<a href="http://www.discovermetoys.co.uk/index.php?_a=viewCat&amp;searchStr=gruffalo">The Gruffalo</a> tells the story of a mouse walking in the woods who, when faced with a series of predators, manages to avoid being eaten by inventing a monster called a Gruffalo who just happens to love eating the predator in question. When asked by the fox, owl and snake what a Gruffalo is, the mouse answers, “A Gruffalo! Why didn’t you know?” before describing a scary amalgam of features from his imagination. Having escaped all three predators, the mouse is stunned to come across an actual Gruffalo, exactly as he had described, and in a final genius feat of cunning and confidence manages to once again avoid being eaten. The mouse tells the Gruffalo that he is the most feared animal in the forest, an invention that seems to be true when the Gruffalo accompanies him through the forest and sees the fox, owl and snake flee at the sight of the pair. Donaldson was inspired by a Chinese folk story about a fox borrowing the terror of a tiger, introducing the themes of confidence and intelligence to young children through this fun story of the mouse and the Gruffalo.

Discover Me Toys specialises in baby and <a href="http://www.discovermetoys.co.uk/">toddler educational toys</a>, games and books which make learning fun and which help to develop core skills while encouraging bonding between children and parents. <a href="http://www.discovermetoys.co.uk/index.php?_a=viewCat&amp;searchStr=gruffalo">The Gruffalo</a> is a perfect example of this type of book. The inspiring, touching and funny story and accessible yet resonant writing style makes it perfect for pre-schoolers; the repetition and rhyming helps children join in with the telling of the story; and it teaches valuable lessons about confidence, intelligence and the perils of judging on appearances. That’s why Discover Me has added a wide selection of The Gruffalo books and games to its range of quality toys. Choose from paperback books and audio books (including the sequel The Gruffalo’s Child), board and magnet books, colouring and activity books, party pack books, and even The Gruffalo puzzles and snakes and ladders games. When a child enters the world of the mouse and the Gruffalo, they want to return time and time again. The range of different books and games available at Discover Me will keep them sated while helping with their development.

People from all over the world flock to this small island to experience its natural beauty, the warm welcome of its people and its rich historical and cultural heritage. More surprising than Ireland’s popularity as a holiday destination is the fact that <a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/">motorhome hire in Ireland</a> (<a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/NoleggiocamperIrlanda.php">noleggio camper Irlanda</a>) seems just as perennially popular. With people demanding more from their holidays than ever before, and with more choices of tourist accommodation popping up in Ireland every year, just why is it that so many people choose the simple pleasures of a motorhome holiday in Ireland? Celtic Campervans (<a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/">http://www.celticcampervans.com/</a>) looks at the five reasons why so many people choose to tour Ireland in a motorhome.

1.	Experience the real Ireland
Package tours have their place, but <a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/">campervan hire in Ireland</a> (<a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/NoleggiocamperIrlanda.php">camper in Irlanda</a>) allows you to experience the real Ireland. Instead of joining the herds on a tourist tour of the sights of Ireland you’re told you should see, you can get out into the very heart of the country and set your own itinerary. Celtic Campervans’ tip is to drop into a few friendly village pubs along the way and the locals will be only too happy to suggest their own top places to see in the area.
2.	Off the beaten track

Zenloc Security Systems Ltd., in close consultation with management, marketing and agency services firm IntePro Ltd., has extended its dedicated Zenloc offices from the main Head Office in the United Kingdom to also include offices in Australia, South Africa and the United States, with yet more offices planned for South America and Europe.

Zenloc requested the assistance of IntePro to establish a global network of Zenloc offices to assist the company in expanding the sales network for the groundbreaking ‘Zenloc’ <a href="http://www.zenloc.com/">container alarm</a>. Russell Byrne, Managing Director of IntePro, explains the business model the company used to do this: “Based on our groundbreaking Incentive Driven Empowerment Model (IDEM), we identify key partners for Zenloc and set these partnerships up based not on the classic ‘what can you do for our client’ approach, but on the ‘what can we do to help you, help our client’ approach. This extends to assisting in drawing up simple but effective routes to market, without all the peripheral marketing and sales dogma that so often detracts from the simple process of presenting to the relevant market place a very good product that is well supported by a sound and driven sales initiative.”

IntePro has established an organic model based on a central belief in the product - the Zenloc - and what the product can do for the <a href="http://www.zenloc.com/">container security</a> industry and beyond. This belief in the Zenloc came about after IntePro gave the <a href="http://www.zenloc.com/">transport alarm</a> to its target partners to evaluate, giving them all the tools they needed to objectively assess the product and make their own decision about whether to become part of the sales network. This approach, not based on any persuasive powers of either Zenloc Security Systems Ltd. or IntePro Ltd., has led to a concerted, targeted expansion of the Zenloc network throughout the world, with belief in the Zenloc Portable Security Alarm at its very core.

Byrne further explains what IntePro have brought to Zenloc’s table (as well as that of their partners): “IntePro, with its experienced marketing and sales resources, have the capability to administer sales and marketing related support to the global sales and marketing needs of Zenloc and Zenloc’s partners as they grow and expand. This is a highly cost effective approach for our clients and largely does away with overheads which inhibit cash flow related to this function, especially on a global model. This approach frees the sales offices of Zenloc to focus on what they do best: sell this innovative product and support their regional customers backed up by IntePro Ltd. and Zenloc Security Systems Ltd.

In a statement to the media on May 13 2010, Colliers International said that the time is \\\"exceptionally appropriate for purchasing property”, opinion which could boost <a href="\&quot;\\&quot;http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/\\&quot;\&quot;">property sales in Bulgaria</a>.

Tatyana Emilova, Manager at Colliers International Bulgaria, stated that the main factors taken into consideration when coming to this finding was the \\\"affluent choice of supply\\\"; \\\"alluring price tags\\\"; the \\\"readiness of investors to offer flexible solutions\\\"; and the \\\"suitable credit conditions\\\" to be found when purchasing <a href="\&quot;\\&quot;http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/\\&quot;\&quot;">property in Bulgaria</a>. Research carried out by Colliers International showed that in the first quarter of 2010, the average prices of real estate in Sofa fell by three per cent, with much of the rest of Bulgaria showing similar price drops. It is thought that reduced inward foreign investment will cause a further drop in value of many <a href="\&quot;\\&quot;http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/\\&quot;\&quot;">Bulgarian properties</a>.

Drops in property prices, while a symptom of the wider global economic turmoil, are of course not good news when it comes to <a href="\&quot;\\&quot;http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/\\&quot;\&quot;">selling property in Bulgaria</a>. However, while keen not to significantly lower their prices, owners looking to <a href="\&quot;\\&quot;http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/\\&quot;\&quot;">sell a property in Bulgaria</a> may see this pronouncement by Colliers International as beneficial in bringing more people to the Bulgarian property market. They may also be keen to sell before any further price drops are necessary. This news will be welcomed by those wishing to <a href="\&quot;\\&quot;http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/\\&quot;\&quot;">buy property in Bulgaria</a>, as they will be encouraged that they may be able to get a bargain as well as some flexible options for credit.

Well-balanced hormones are essential to health and well-being, as anyone who has been around a hormonally imbalanced pregnant or pre-menstrual woman will know! But hormone imbalances can have more serious and far-reaching implications.

Thyroid conditions are caused by an ineffective thyroid gland, one of the glands in the body which helps to balance hormones, set the body’s metabolic rate, and which affects weight gain and feelings of heat and cold. Hyperthyroidism is caused by an over-active thyroid, causing symptoms such as a racing heartbeat, anxiety and weight loss. Hypothyroidism is caused by an under-active thyroid and causes symptoms such as lethargy, mild depression and weight gain. Thyroid conditions are surprisingly common, but can be debilitating (and even dangerous) for the sufferer if not treated. Treatment is normally with a daily dose of an artificially created thyroid hormone (‘Thyroxine’) and most sufferers have to take this medication for the rest of their lives, continually checking that their dosage is correct.

There is a natural way to help with both hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism, however: by taking <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/d5-organic-maca/">Maca supplements</a>*. <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/d5-organic-maca/">Maca herbs</a> (which food supplements companies process into organic Maca powder or capsule form) ‘feed’ the body’s endocrine system, working through the hypothalamus and pituitary gland to help the body produce its own hormones and helping to balance them to ‘normal’ levels. While there is no proven scientific link between taking Maca and improved thyroid function, many sufferers of thyroid conditions rely on this natural supplement (sometimes in tandem with medical treatment) to help them reduce symptoms and feel hormonally balanced. And because it’s entirely natural, they can feel confident enough to take it every day with no adverse effects.

*This should not replace medically prescribed thyroid medication. Always consult your doctor.

Making the country more accessible to the British Isles for less can only be good news for Bulgaria’s real estate market as it broadens the country’s appeal for second-home owners and holiday-makers.

From September 2010, Ryanair will begin to fly their chartered budget flights from the UK to Bulgaria. Up until recently the airport fees in Bulgaria were seen to be prohibitively expensive for cheaper air operators to justify adding this route to their services. However, the airport fees at Plovdiv Airport have now been halved (as of May 1st 2010) and will remain at this level until May 1st 2012 thanks to a new initiative.

Hissarya, Assenovgrad and Rodopi are municipalities which surround Plovdiv Airport who together have created a venture which seeks to boost the use of this airport in a bid to increase tourism in and around Plovdiv. Cutting airport fees, even for a finite time, will allow budget carriers to use the airport which will bring many more visitors to this part of Bulgaria. Until now, Plovdiv Airport has been massively under-used even given the Bulgarian government’s significant investment into a new passenger terminal (around 40 million Leva). Ryanair could well be the first low cost carrier to start filling this new terminal with holiday-makers, business travellers and second home owners, but it is unlikely to be the last.

The accessibility of a country is always important for its tourism and real estate markets and availability of budget flights is a particular driver of foreign interest in property. The news of Ryanair’s service into Plovdiv come September could well benefit <a href="http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/">property in Bulgaria</a> as a whole: people who were looking to <a href="http://www.housesalesbulgaria.com/">buy a house in Bulgaria</a> but insisted on cheap accessibility can now add the Plovdiv area to their wish-list.

You’ve seen one sheet, you’ve seen them all. Wrong! In fact, there’s a whole world of paper out there: different qualities, different finishes, different weights and different thicknesses. The chances are your office could benefit from having more than just the standard copier paper because there’s a variety of paper for a variety of different tasks. Ireland’s leading office <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/">stationery</a> company Office1web (<a href="http://www.office1web.ie/">http://www.office1web.ie/</a>) boasts a plethora of paper so you can choose just the right type for the job at hand.

When you’re buying <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/paper-supplies-paper">printer paper</a>, or indeed paper of any type, you’ll see that the packs bear a certain number of ‘gsm’. This stands for grams per square metre; the weight of paper is calculated by the amount that a square metre weighs. While you can get very light paper of 60 gsm for use in various art and design work, paper generally used as <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/">office stationary</a> such as copier paper and budget letter paper is usually around 80 gsm. Letter paper of a higher quality tends to be around 90 to 100 gsm and cartridge paper is around 120 to 150 gsm. Office1web stocks paper in a wide range of differing weights, from lightweight budget paper to high quality card.

Then there’s finishes. Papers come in a variety of different surface qualities which will affect the look of the work produced on them. For instance, cheap lightweight paper can absorb some of the <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/paper-supplies-paper">toner</a> from a printer whereas higher quality papers coated with a shiny surface allow for a brighter and crisper image or text colour. At Office1web.ie you’ll find great value everyday budget <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/paper-supplies-paper">copier paper</a> but you’ll also find top quality ink jet paper (including wide format), glossy photo paper, coloured paper, marbled papers and more. Office1web’s plethora of paper even includes blotting paper, pre-printed stationery, papers ideal for creating certificates and giving presentations, as well as social stationery.

Take a browse through Office1web’s online paper supplies department at <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/">http://www.office1web.ie/</a> and you’ll enter a world of paper you probably never even knew existed!

This is because there is scant scientific evidence of the health benefits, and yet millions of people around the world swear by their efficacy in treating a wide variety of health issues. Barley grass is no different: while it has never been proved, many people believe this humble seedling can help to fight cancer. Organic food supplement supplier Rainforest Foods (<a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/">http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/</a>) looks at both sides of the debate.

<a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/d8-organic-barley-grass/">Organic barley grass</a> is a nutritional supplement used the world over. Originating from the seedling of the barley plant and harvested when the grass is under a foot tall, this ‘superfood’ is packed to the brim with nutrients and is a powerful antioxidant. A highly concentrated source of both vitamins and minerals, barley grass gives the body a hit of vitamins A, C, B1, B2, folic acid, and B12; calcium; iron; potassium; and <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/blog/index.php/chlorophyll-supplement">chlorophyll</a>, ‘nature’s detoxifier’. <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/d8-organic-barley-grass/">Barley grass</a> is also one of the only plants in nature that can provide the human body with all of the nine amino acids that are so vital for health and well-being, but which the body does not produce.

This is certainly an impressive list of properties, which goes some way to explain the popularity of <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/d8-organic-barley-grass/">barley grass health</a> supplements, but it seems a leap to claim barley grass can fight against cancer. Those who believe this is true claim that the powerful antioxidant effect of barley grass can help the body kill off cancer cells, as well as helping to overcome less serious ailments such as stomach ulcers and acne. But are these just claims? Perhaps not, according to Head of the Biochemistry Department at George Washington University’s School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Allan L. Goldstein, Ph.D. Goldstein, in his studies of barley grass, found that it contains an antioxidant known as alpha-tocopherol succinate which is related to vitamin E. Research has found that alpha-tocopherol succinate seems to inhibit a number of cancers (leukemia, brain tumours and prostate cancer in particular), although it is not known just how this happens.

Inhibiting the growth of cancerous cells is obviously vital in the fight against cancer. Yoshihide Hagiwara, M.D., Japanese researcher and author of “Green Barley Essence” has found that barley grass promotes the growth of new cells, helping with severe skin conditions and even stomach ulcers. But again, while many support the findings and think that the high levels of chlorophyll could be to thank, there is no concrete answer as to why this is.

While there have been no clinical trials of barley grass, George Washington University’s Goldstein did carry out an experiment which exposed cancerous cells (leukemia and prostate cancer) to dehydrated barley grass extract and found that it killed nearly all the cells. When brain cancer cells were exposed, 30-50% of them were killed. However, because these findings were not discovered within a clinical trial, it cannot be considered scientific evidence.

For as long as there is insufficient hard scientific evidence about the role <a href="http://www.rainforestfoods.co.uk/store/d8-organic-barley-grass/">barley grass</a> has to play in the fight against cancer, there will always be critics left unconvinced. But for as long as cancer remains the prolific killer that it is, there will also be people who are sufficiently encouraged by the anecdotal evidence to take barley grass as a supplement.

The power and efficiency of these tools allows wood enthusiasts to carve larger and more complex projects in less time, while still achieving an high level of detail. However, due to the inherent dangers of using chainsaws and similar aggressive power tools, this type of woodcarving is not for the fainthearted. Using Arbortech carving discs, available from leading tool supplier The ToolPost (<a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/">http://www.toolpost.co.uk/</a>), is a safer way to achieve success in the art of power carving, and these discs bring the joys of power carving to a wider audience of woodcarvers and woodturners.

There’s a good reason why power carving has been attracting an ever-increasing following of fans from the world of <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/pages/Carving_Tools/carving_tools.html">woodcarving</a> and <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/pages/Turning_Tools/turning_tools.html">woodcarving</a>. Power tools create textured surfaces and sculpted edges which can elevate a piece from the mundane to a work of art. So it’s not surprising that the invention of a safer power tool was met with great enthusiasm. Arbortech carving kits include a depth limiter which mitigates the damage the tool can wage if an accident did happen, a contributing factor to Arbortech being awarded the respected German seal of safety.

The Arbortech Pro-4 Woodcarver Kit safely turns a 4" or 4 1/2" (100 mm or 115 mm) angle grinder into a powerful carving and shaping machine, while the Mini Grinder Kit provides the same quality of grinding for work of more limited size or with greater detail. Arbortech also supplies TCT-tipped blades to increase edge life when carving harder materials. The ToolPost carries a wide range of Arbotech Power Carving Equipment, Mini Power Carving Equipment and packs of the Mini Abrasive Disc System, helping more wood enthusiasts to safely discover the revolutionary benefits of using power tools.

The myths and legends of this beautiful and intriguing country have spread around the world, but the storytelling only really comes alive as you travel around the country to the very places where these legends are said to have taken place. There is no better way to discover the ancient sites of these spine-tingling tales than with <a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/">motorhome rental in Ireland</a> (<a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/camping-cars-Irlande.php">camping-car location Irlande</a>) from Celtic Campervans (<a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/">http://www.celticcampervans.com/</a>) - hitting the open road for a legendary adventure.

Folklore is one of the cornerstones of Irish cultural heritage, and little wonder given the amazing tales that make up this country’s ancient past. Indeed, it is so rich in myths and legends that there’s no end of choice when it comes to planning your adventure in a <a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/">motorhome in Ireland</a> (<a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/camping-cars-Irlande.php">camping-car Irlande</a>). Once you’ve been collected from Dublin airport by one of the friendly Celtic Campervans team, and collected your luxury motorhome from close nearby, why not check out the historical gems that the city of Dublin has to offer, from the National Museum housing ancient Celtic artefacts and Christian relics to Trinity College where you’ll find the Book of Kells, an illuminated manuscript that dates back to the 9th century.

Having set the scene for some historical exploration, you could head west to Shannon in Galway and the Clonmacnois, a monastic settlement from the 6th century which has a museum that exhibits the very first Celt crosses. If you then want your <a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/">campervan hire in Ireland</a> (<a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/camping-cars-Irlande.php">camping-car location en Irlande</a>) to immerse you more in mythology than in historical fact, you can do no better than visiting the Aran Islands, the site of some of the first enclosures in Celtic times and a place that reverberates with mythical tales. Another spellbinding site is the Letterkenny’s Carrowmore Cemetery and the nearby burial hill (so the legend goes) of Queen Medb, a female warrior and goddess at the heart of many an Irish folk tale.

Your tour of mythological Ireland wouldn’t be complete without visiting the awe-inspiring Giant’s Causeway in County Antrim, said to be built by the legendary figure Finn McCool in order to walk to Scotland to fight his nemesis. And as you make your way back from Northern Ireland down to Dublin once more, there is still a whole world of weird and wonderful folk tales and the places that inspired them to explore.

To book your <a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/">camper hire in Ireland</a> (<a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/camping-cars-Irlande.php">camping-car location Irlande</a>) in order to explore the fantastic myths and legends this mysterious country has to offer, go to <a href="http://www.celticcampervans.com/">http://www.celticcampervans.com/</a>.

Available for only £51.02 (ex VAT) at <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/">http://www.toolpost.co.uk/</a>, this chuck has become one of The ToolPost’s best selling items, enabling the turning of bowls and platters on smaller lathes at a very affordable price.

Leading retailer of <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/">wood turning tools</a>, equipment and accessories, The ToolPost equips enthusiasts of <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/">wood turning</a> and <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/">woodcarving</a> with the very best tools to complete all sorts of projects. When it comes to working with a smaller <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/">woodturning lathe</a>, the VersaChuck Model T is an excellent choice affording good functionality at an economical price. Available with either a ¾” x16 or a 1"x8 tpi spindle mounting insert and supplied complete with two sets of workholding jaws, the Model T is an 80mm diameter four-jaw, self-centring, scroll <a href="http://www.toolpost.co.uk/">woodturning chuck</a>. Generally, the VersaChuck Model T is designed for use with lathes with a bowl turning capacity of up to 12" (300mm), although in expert hands, it may also be used to hold larger workpieces.

This woodturning chuck can be adapted to fit onto a variety of lathe spindles thanks to the mounting bush screwed into the rear of its body. The two sets of workholding jaws supplied with the Model T feature “gripper jaws” – serrated gripping surfaces which allow for an outstanding grip whether in compression or expansion mounting modes. An innovative feature of the Model T is the fact that it has four tommy bar holes (the chuck is operated by the use of two tommy bars which are inserted into holes in the chuck body and the operating ring) which ensures that the levers are never more than ninety degrees apart. This simple difference, which sets the VersaChuck Model T apart from its competitors, means that the turner can hold both tommy bars in one hand, leaving the other hand free to hold the workpiece.

It is this ease of use, as well as the fantastic price, that has made the Model T such a favourite amongst turners “in the know”. The ToolPost named this nifty tool after Henry Ford’s original Model T, with reference to the chuck’s winning combination of practicality, versatility, a robust and reliable operation and overall great value (just like the classic car itself). Most of us think of feng shui in terms of our home; indeed an entire interior design philosophy has been built around the tenets of feng shui. But who doesn’t also need a little more balance, positivity and energy at work? You can energise your office using the same basic principles of feng shui with just a little bit of planning and the right <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/">office equipment</a>. Here, leading office supplies company Office1web (<a href="http://www.office1web.ie/">http://www.office1web.ie/</a>) gives you its top feng shui tips for the office.
1)	Follow the feng shui bagua. The bagua is at the very heart of feng shui – this diagram divides any space into nine areas with every area corresponding to a different area of your life. Take a look at the bagua diagram online and locate the ‘wealth’, ‘knowledge’ and ‘career’ (perhaps even ‘fame’!) areas of the space and plan your office around that. Once you know which corner of your office your ‘knowledge’ area is, why not fill it with books, information and research tools instead of cramming it with <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/">office stationary</a>? Keep the ‘wealth’ and ‘career’ areas a clutter-free, pleasant place to work and you may just increase the positive energy in these key areas.
2)	Consider the flow of energy. Put simply, think about your office layout. Most offices are either a series of uninspired desk clusters or a confused maze, with new desks simply being shoved in anywhere when needed. According to feng shui, desks should be placed at a diagonal to a doorway or directly facing it, but never so the person has their back to the door. Multiple desks should not be placed in rows, but also on diagonals, either facing the door or the centre of the room. Arrange your <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/">office furniture</a> according to the principles of feng shui and it’s thought that positive energy can flow around the room more easily.
3)	Use mirrors the feng shui way. Mirrors are an important feng shui tool as it is believed that they can significantly shift the flow of positive energy around a room. Hang mirrors on dull partition walls to break up the space and reflect light. Put a mirror in the south-east corner of an office and it is thought to encourage wealth and abundance; put it in the northern corner and is thought to boost career paths. Mirrors are also thought to be calming – perhaps put them in or near a meeting room that regularly sees some conflict!
4)	Use plants to soften powerful flows of energy. According to feng shui, there can be too much of a good thing when it comes to energy. Long corridors in an office are considered to be negative as they allow a flow of energy that is too powerful to be positive. A simple way around this is to use plants along the corridor as it is thought that they soften the flow of energy and slow it down to a positive level. Plants are in fact used for many softening and dividing purposes in feng shui and even artificial plants are thought to work.

These are just some of the multiple ways you can harness positive energy in your office though feng shui - it can be as simple as thinking about the placement of your <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/">office products</a> and furniture. And if moving around some furniture and hanging a mirror or two makes for a happier, more positive office (and even attract wealth and fame!) then it may well be worth tapping into this ancient system.

South African wine culture dates back 350 years, with its roots in the classicism of ‘Old World’ wines (wines from France, Germany and Italy) in terms of traditions and tastes, while its directional outlook is defined by the ‘New World’ wines (from California, Australia and New Zealand). <a href="http://www.bestcellars.co.uk/">Buy South African wine online</a> from Best Cellars’ newly expanded range (<a href="http://www.bestcellars.co.uk/">http://www.bestcellars.co.uk/</a>) and you can experience this country’s unique positioning between the two worlds of wine.

Best Cellars’ <a href="http://www.bestcellars.co.uk/">online wine shop</a> features an entire section dedicated to South African wine, recently expanded to offer even more choice. This family-run <a href="http://www.bestcellars.co.uk/">wine merchants in the UK</a> has drawn on 20 years experience in the wine industry to hand-pick the very best in red, rose and white South African wine – a selection which illustrates the diversity and richness that the various wine-making regions have to offer. You will find examples of both the old world classicism and the new world vitality that is unique to South African wine.

Classic Cabernets and Merlots, like the Signatures of Doolhof Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot (£10.95 per bottle for 2005 vintage) evoke traditional European wine-making, while the Paarl Heights Chenin Blanc and Shiraz (£5.95 per bottle for 2009 vintage) offer the easy-drinking freshness and fruitiness that is more associated with wine-making in California, Australia and New Zealand. <a href="http://www.bestcellars.co.uk/">Buy South African wine online</a> from Best Cellars and you’ll know you’re getting some of the finest examples of this country’s wine for great value. So just what is it that sets this portable alarm apart from other security solutions available on the market? Here are the top five ways in which the Zenloc Portable Security Alarm is different than other transport security solutions.
1)	Use of audible tone and strobe light
The Zenloc Portable Security Alarm has two ways of alerting everyone in the vicinity when the container/vehicle it is attached to is interfered with – a piercing audible tone and a strobe light, both of which can be seen and heard a good distance away from the container/vehicle. Container protection is normally difficult due to the elicit way in which thieves can break into containers without detection – unless they are protected with the Zenloc Portable Security Alarm that is.
2)	Remote alert system
Another key differentiator of this <a href="http://www.zenloc.com/">freight alarm</a> is its remote alert system. The driver carries with him a hand-held receiver which will alert him of any security breach of his container/vehicle, allowing him to call the police from a safe distance.
3)	Range of 300 metres
The hand-held receiver has a range of around 300 metres which means that the driver can visit rest facilities and even get some sleep, safe in the knowledge that he will be made aware of any attempted break-in in his absence which he can deal with without having to put himself in personal danger.
4)	Driver Safety
The remote indication of any attempted theft protects the driver more than any other alarm or lock on the market. Not only can he protect his cargo when he is away from it (keeping him well away from any problem should it occur and yet still able to act on it) but should someone try to break into the back doors of his vehicle while he is in the cab, he can lock himself in and call the police having been alerted to the fact by his hand-held receiver. And all this added safety comes without any hassle. In fact, because the Zenloc is a <a href="http://www.zenloc.com/">magnetic alarm</a>, it’s even easier to use than a standard <a href="http://www.zenloc.com/">container lock</a> or <a href="http://www.zenloc.com/">container alarm</a> It attaches to a huge range of surfaces quickly and easily and it is entirely self-arming.
5)	Portability
The Zenloc is a <a href="http://www.zenloc.com/">portable alarm</a> which means that the safety and security it provides is also portable. Its portability means it can be used on a wide variety of objects, from cargo containers to vehicles and horse boxes, even static objects such as garages, sheds and workshops.

You should ensure that you use a <a href=" http://www.jandlscaffolding.co.uk/">scaffolding company</a> that is fully registered and that only uses a highly trained and experienced workforce. Look for companies that have been established for at least a few years so that you can check on previous work that they have carried out and perhaps even speak to past clients.

Once you’ve chosen the right <a href=" http://www.jandlscaffolding.co.uk/">scaffold company</a>, you can leave the project in their capable hands. However, it may be helpful to be aware of the basic safety checks that any scaffolding company should carry out:

•	Check the condition of the ground where the <a href=" http://www.jandlscaffolding.co.uk/">scaffolding</a> is due to be erected: foundations need to be sound.
•	Check the level of the scaffolding and ensure it is adequately supported on adjustable stands.
•	Securely fasten all sections of the scaffolding and check that any open sides to the scaffold have guard rails installed.
•	If the scaffold is higher than 3 metres, fall protection has to be provided unless there are handrails in place that are over 950mm high.
•	Ensure that the access to the scaffolding (usually a ladder) is secure.
•	Hard hats must always be worn when working on or near the scaffolding.
•	Clear the scaffolding of any tools or detritus on a daily basis to keep the walkways clear.
•	A trained and experienced individual should give the scaffolding a final inspection before use.
•	Do not use the scaffolding in bad weather such as high winds, heavy, driving rain or storms.

Given that inkjet and laser printers are an expensive yet essential piece of office equipment, it’s important that you do what you can to preserve the life of your printer. Top office products company Office1web (<a href="http://www.office1web.ie/">http://www.office1web.ie/</a>) explains why using only quality ink cartridges helps to protect your printer and keep it running effectively for as long as possible.

You’ve bought your office printer and no doubt had to pay a fair whack for a decent one – after all it’s one of the most regularly used pieces of <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/">office equipment</a> in any office. Then as soon as the <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/printer_supplies">ink cartridges</a> that came with the printer have been used up, you start to realise how expensive replacing the toner can become. Perhaps you look at your budget for <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/">office supplies</a> and think this is an area where you can make some cuts and look for the cheapest possible toner (which is always the lower quality ones). This could well be a false economy and even an expensive lesson to learn. Because low quality toner can be harmful to your printer, causing recurring problems which you have to pay someone to fix (as this won’t be covered in the guarantee) or even replace completely.

Essentially there are four types of <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/printer_supplies">ink cartridges</a> that you can buy: the original equipment manufacturer toner cartridges made by companies such as HP, Epson, Dell and Canon; generic toner cartridges, similar to the original ones in quality but much cheaper; and remanufactured, refill toner cartridges, which are recycled from the original ones and can be reused until they wear out. The cheapest possible cartridges will use the lowest quality ink in order to be able to be sold at such cheap prices. This low quality ink not only gives far poorer print quality, but it can destroy your printer over the long-term. Using low quality toner can lead to paper jams, blockages elsewhere in the printer and can wear out the print rollers prematurely. Cheap ink cartridges often leak, something which can be fatal for your printer if it happens regularly.

Using higher quality <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/printer_supplies">toner</a> therefore could well save you money in the long-run: on repairs or a replacement of your printer. That’s why Office1web are committed to selling only the best quality ink cartridges available on the market, so you can purchase safe in the knowledge that they will give you excellent print quality while protecting the life of the printer itself. And because they know that replacing toner can get costly over time, they are committed to bringing its customers the best quality for the lowest possible price.

You can even search quickly and easily for a particular type of toner with their handy online Ink and Toner Search. See for yourself at <a href="http://www.office1web.ie/">http://www.office1web.ie/</a>

Outdoor play is an important type of play because it encourages children to explore nature, to step away from the computer and T.V. and get some physical exercise and fresh air. Here, leading online retailer of <a href="http://www.rawgarden.co.uk/">garden furniture</a> Rawgarden (<a href="http://www.rawgarden.co.uk/">http://www.rawgarden.co.uk/</a>) gives parents some tips on how to make their garden a play haven for children.

It doesn’t matter whether you’ve got a sprawling garden or a bijoux terrace, your outdoor space can be turned into an ideal play area for your children with a little imagination and planning and some basic pieces of garden furniture. The first thing to consider, especially in the summer months, is the adequate provision of shade. You want your children to spend as much time outside in their garden play haven as possible, but they have to have protection from the sun’s harmful rays. <a href="http://www.rawgarden.co.uk/shade-sails-cid/35.html">Shade sails</a> are great for providing shade over a large outdoor area, whereas <a href="http://www.rawgarden.co.uk/parasols-cid/29.html">garden parasols</a> are a compact way of creating shade over a smaller area of the garden or terrace. Babies can explore a playmat on the lawn while shaded by one <a href="http://www.rawgarden.co.uk/parasols-cid/29.html">garden parasol</a> while older children can paint and draw on a <a href="http://www.rawgarden.co.uk/picnic-tables-cid/32.html">picnic table</a>on the terrace shaded by another <a href="http://www.rawgarden.co.uk/parasols-cid/29.html">parasol</a>.

This brings us on to <a href="http://www.rawgarden.co.uk/picnic-tables-cid/32.html">picnic benches</a> and tables – an important component of an outdoor play haven. That’s because they provide an area for activities such as painting, drawing, collage and board games. They’re also handy for serving refreshments and lunch to your happy outdoor revellers. Choose from regular sized picnic tables which can seat your whole brood and all their friends or go for a <a href="http://www.rawgarden.co.uk/Kids-Mini-Picnic-Table--FSC-100-percent-SA-COC-002234-ID/11098.html">Kids Mini Picnic Table</a> in mini proportions. Why not position a simple <a href="http://www.rawgarden.co.uk/garden-benches-cid/15.html">wooden bench</a>in an area of the garden that allows your children to watch nature at work? You could put a <a href="http://www.rawgarden.co.uk/bird-tables-and-feeders-cid/5.html">bird table</a> nearby or place the bench near a flower bed that gets regular visits from birds, bees, butterflies and caterpillars.

These are just a few ideas on how to equip your garden to make it a haven for play; take a look at the whole Rawgarden range of garden furniture and accessories at <a href="http://www.rawgarden.co.uk/">http://www.rawgarden.co.uk/</a> to get even more inspired. If you’re looking for ideas on what games to play when you’ve created your outdoor play haven, take a look at <a href="http://www.maketime2play.co.uk/">http://www.maketime2play.co.uk/</a>.

This remarkable decision – which could see some of the most unusual <a href="http://www.housesalesgreece.com/">property sales in Greece</a> and indeed Europe – is an attempt by the country to repay its sizeable debts. It is thought that (unsurprisingly given the scale of the purchase) wealthy property investors are likely to be the target market.

In a move never even previously considered by its government, Greece has decided to put some of its 6,000 picturesque islands up for sale or long-term lease to anyone that can afford what are sure to be hefty price tags. It’s not just <a href="http://www.housesalesgreece.com/">Greek properties</a> on the islands that will bear a ‘for sale’ or ‘for rent’ sign - whole areas of some islands will be for sale or rent to the right buyer. The Guardian has found that an area of Mykonos which is one-third owned by the government will be put up for sale to a real estate investor who can not only afford the price of the sale itself but who is also willing and able to invest cash into developing a new luxury tourist complex on the island.

Wealthy purchasers and property investors from Russia and China are also looking to <a href="http://www.housesalesgreece.com/">buy Greek property</a> on the island of Rhodes, according to the article. These are two of the ‘BRIC nations’; along with Brazil and India, Russia and China have been highlighted as emerging economies with an ever-increasing class of the super-rich. It is these high-net worth individuals and property investors that are being targeted to <a href="http://www.housesalesgreece.com/">buy property in Greece</a> and its islands to help fill the country’s empty coffers. It is thought that Roman Abramovich, the billionaire owner of Chelsea football club, could be one of the more famous investors considering purchasing a slice of a Greek island.

Meanwhile, mere mortals have not turned their back on <a href="http://www.housesalesgreece.com/">property in Greece</a>. While the dire economic situation of the country has seen an increase in the number of people needing to <a href="http://www.housesalesgreece.com/">sell property in Greece</a>, there is still interest from people wanting to buy Greek property, particularly bargain hunters looking to exploit the market.

If you’re looking to buy or sell Greek property – even if it’s a humble apartment rather than a swathe of a Greek island – then you’ll find further information and the latest property listings at <a href="http://www.housesalesgreece.com/">http://www.housesalesgreece.com/</a>.

This in turn attracts property purchasers, attracted to holiday homes from which to enjoy the golf themselves or investment properties in order to profit from other people’s interest in golfing holidays. Leading online portal for <a href="http://www.housesalesportugal.com/">property in Portugal</a>, House Sales Portugal (<a href="http://www.housesalesportugal.com/">http://www.housesalesportugal.com/</a>) looks at what is attracting property purchasers to this region.

The southern-most region of Portugal is known as the Algarve and has long been one of Europe’s top holiday spots thanks to its enviable year-round climate and beautiful beaches. The country has a low cost of living compared to much of the rest of Europe and the towns and villages of the Algarve are unspoilt and picturesque. This, combined with low property prices, has accounted for the perennial popularity of <a href="http://www.housesalesportugal.com/">Portuguese properties</a> in the Algarve.

However, the golfing in the Algarve is now also helping to boost <a href="http://www.housesalesportugal.com/">property sales in Portugal</a>. The region has grown into one of Europe’s top golfing destinations and now has nearly 30 excellent golf courses dotted around western, central and eastern Algarve – an impressive number for its geographical size. The courses are considered to be world-class, with golfers being attracted to the perfect playing conditions (warm and dry, but not overly hot) and excellent surrounding amenities.

It’s an accepted fact that where there is good golf there is a demand for property! Golfers tend to be loyal to particular regions – returning to favourite courses regularly throughout the year and returning year-on-year – and the Algarve is no exception. This loyalty means golfers look to buy holiday homes to save money on hotels and as a lifestyle purchase. Again, the Algarve is no different, with golfers looking to <a href="http://www.housesalesportugal.com/">buy property in Portugal</a> near the quality courses of the Algarve, and property investors purchasing in the region to benefit from this reliable demand.
