• wordpress two point five whats the verdict

I can't grow to love that the new admin panel. It's hideous and so many of the primary functions in the writing section are below the fold. The categories and upload images are waaaay down the fold but they have a menu in the sidebar for related functions (manage comments / posts / categories, view drafts). Arrg! Why couldn't they put the categories list there? Has anybody tried to upload an image? Jasus! Talk about making a simple function the most confusing thing ever. It's totally over complicated.

• Ridicilious amount of spam recently

Anybody else getting more than the usual in the past week or so? I have had to moderate about 40 spam comments in the last few days which escaped the various anti-spam plugins I have installed on Wordpress. Generally I only need to manually moderate about 5 comments a week. Anybody in the same boat as me?

I'm specifically looking for a good google calendar wordpress plugin. for soem reason wpng has stopped working for me. Wasnt really great anyway to be fair! would like one calendar (graphical) for both blogs and calendar. Thanks Gary
