Hi
I am currently trying to get access to a domain for a client of mine. The client is a bed and breakfast owner whose husband has passed away and nobody knows any of the passwords for email, cpanel etc. I have tried to do a transfer through the hosting company but without the consent of the owner (who is dead) they will not allow the transfer to continue. Would anyone have any suggestions or knpw what the process for this is as I'm sure it happens regularly? It is a .com domain.
