The stats are based on 15 sites of various sizes, largest 40,000+ visitors to smallest 600 visitors a month. The stats are from October.
Total number of visitors 95,000+ across the 15 sites.
Breakdown of browsers:
IE: 76.89%
FF: 17.12%
Safari: 4.22%
Chrome: 0.91%
Opera: 0.49%
Rest: 0.37%
Breakdown of IE versions as % of overall IE users:
IE8: 0.6%
IE7: 69.31%
IE6: 29.79%
IE5: 0.3%
Breakdown of FF versions as % of overall FF users:
FF3: 75.89%
FF2 : 23.13%
FF1.5: 0.84%
FF1: 0.14%
