Hi guys,
I'm encountering an issue with a 301 redirect which I am trying to implement.

I have added the following rewrite rule in a htaccess file in my root..
Quote:

RewriteEngine on
Redirect 301 /buy/ http://www.domain.com/shop/
Redirect 301 /buy/sports http://www.domain.com/shop/buy-cheap-sports-equipment

---

When I check the redirect in my browser I get redirect to http://www.domain.com/shop//sports instead of http://www.domain.com/shop/buy-cheap-sports-equipment

Any ideas on what might be going wrong? I'm probably missing something obvious but I ain't spotting it.
