Q. How do I submit my website feed?
A. To submit your feed/s or press release on our website you must be a registered member

If you are registered already,
login into your account,
and click on the "channels" link at the top of the page.
If any channels has been added already, they will be listed on that page, otherwise click the
" Add Channel" link,
enter the url path to the RSS feed and click the " ADD" button.
Q. How do I update the feed/s?
A. All feeds are update automatically every hour, but if you wish to update it yourself, go to "Channels"
and use the "RSS icon" link located on the right-hand side under the "Last Updated" header.
Q. I can't seem to get all my articles into the aggregator?
A. This is normally due to the RSS settings on your website which is usually set to 10 feeds only.
Log into your system and change settings to a higher value, then wait for our automated update to spider your feed
or you can update it manually on our website (read above how to...).
Q. How do I delete-update-view my channel/s / feed/s?
A. Login into your account, Go to "Channels"
and use the "icons" links located on the left-hand side under the "Action" header.
Please Note: Deleting a channel will also delete all feeds related to it.
Q. I deleted my channel by accident. How do I get it back?
A. We don't believe in accidents, but if that happened send us an email
info[at]giveitsocks.com ( replace [at] with @ ) including your account
"display name" and which channel would you like to be "undeleted".
Please Note: All deleted channels and/or feeds are recoverable for only 30 days...
Q. I updated my channel feed but I can't see them on the website. Why?
A. All new added feed/s will be reviewed by one of our staff member and if found appropriate
it will be activated.
